Inspection at your home or business. Including a visual inspection and report of the suspect moldy area. If needed our inspector takes samples for Lab Analysis. We also provide unbiased remediation guidelines specific to your mold situation

Lab Analysis takes place in our lab by certified spore analysts. Average turnaround time for the lab report is 24-hour or one business day.

Air Samples – ASTM D7391-17e1 – Determination of Fungal Concentrations in Airborne Samples (Air-O-Cell®, Allergenco D®, Cyclex D®, Micro 5, etc). TAT 2, 4, 6 and 24 hours to 4 days. (call for estimate)

Determination of Viable Fungal Concentrations in Airborne Samples (Andersen sampler). Fungal culture samples are incubated for 4 days, and growing colonies are identified at genus level. TAT 4 to 6 days. (call for estimate)

Bulk and Surface Samples – ASTM D7658-17 – Determination of Fungal Particulates by Tape lifts, Swabs, Wipes, Dust, and Bulk Materials. Quick turn around analyses for absence and presence of suspect molds. TAT 2, 4, 6 and 24 hours to 4 days. (call for estimate)
